Suggestions for a Tie Breaker

(1/3) > >>

Jaimac:
Since it is a tad bit more than 3 weeks prior to kickoff of the SIAC football season, there needs to be a consensus on a tie breaker procedure for 2010, should that scenario presents itself at the end of season.

As of now, the SIAC football season consists of 61 games.  This includes the Turkey Day Classic and the Pioneer Bowl.  As with previous years, the season concludes with the last game - Pioneer Bowl or last D2 playoff game.  The results are cumulative throughout the season.

A decision will be based on simplicity so that everyone basically understands the rule.   :read:

Jaimac,

Here's a simple tiebreaker:

Whoever has the most perfect weeks during the year wins.

One of the things you've done over the years is give out who made all of their picks correct for each week.  Keep track of that and use it to break a possible tie at the end.

Jaimac:
That is interesting Shelt.  Had not thought of that approach.  It is simple.

Shelt from Skegee:
Much simpler than the last tie breaker approach I suggested.  ;)

Shelt to the rescue!
