PVAM is tough, but Gram's DL will stymie them this year.  It'll be Gram Vs. AAMU

I don't know.  The SWAC is very unpredicatble from year to year and I expect a sleeper team to come out of nowhere in the West.  I've also got faith in Coach Comegy and his new Offense.

True that.  All JSU is lacking is an offense.  With you all's new OC, who knows what the Tigers may do?

nod  As long as our Defense is still on point and our Offense is clcking with the new QB, JSU may have a shot at returning to Birmingham.  The special teams and offensive line needed the most work and I believe things will drastically improve this season.

BTW, watch out for Texas Southern.

If Ala A&M makes the SCG again, I more of their fans turn out unlike last season, regardless of the weather.

Dahill, be nice.  Real talk, that video that Slope posted was tight.  You could feel all of those years of frustration being released when they beat Grambling and won the SCG.   lol  They have some very hungry fans.  I hope they keep it up and develop a good traveling fan base, similar to the one they brought to Birmingham.

DRUMMA1,

It was reported that at the SCG PVAMU had several thousand fans that travell over 700 miles from Prairie View to B'ham.  AAMU fans barely showed up.   They were far outnumbered by the PVU fans.  It was obvious watchign that game on TV last year.

lets be real.... the championship game is IN Alabama.... its a gametime decision as far as weather... How many people are you going to get to go to a game with freezing RAIN... when you can watch the game live.  PV folks had already made plans for the game, bought plain tickets, reserved hotels back 3 weeks before when they found out they were going to the championship game for the first time in 4 decades.  It was COLD (under 30 degrees) and raining... I didnt even go the game and I have NEVER missed a SWAC Championship game.  I sat in the rain one game last year and got sick as hell... had to miss 3 days of work... I was good watching on tv.
