Ok.... Never heard of Georgia Caviar before. Is that still fish eggs? shrug  Also what exactly is Hummus? Everyone is talking about eating it but I never hear people talking about its taste or they never show a picture of it.

Pmist,

Hummus is a dip made from chick peas as the main ingredient.  You can find hummus is store delis and there are also shelf stable versions.

I've had hummus before and it's okay. They can be spicy which is a plus.

Yes, I have eaten hummus and I like it.  The taste is somewhat dependent on the other ingredients added.

yeah, they have hummus in various flavors. Its almost like a creamy bean dip to me.  I like it.

Thanks!   It actually does not sound that bad. I am going to have to stop being so traditional in my eating and expand my options a little. I might start with trying some hummus.  We shall see. nod

Wow, I'm late on this but our typical menu consists of:

Chicken
Ribs
Fish (croaker, & whiting (breaded with seafood breader, Lawry's seasoned salt and little bit of cinammon...it's like CRACK!!!)
Trotters
Baked beans
Pasta salad
Boiled corn on the cob
Beverages

The Low Country Boil may get infused into the menu this year.

Chili or another meaty stew (brunswick, etc)
Crabs

I've done all of the above except the turkey.  I'll be doing that for the last home game against Old Dominion.
