I'm thinking a whole pig slow-roasted in a Cuban cooker injected with lime/cola and marinaded in mango/tangerine juice. Black beans and yellow rice. For the health conscious, fried fish (tilapia/red snapper/catfish/whatever I can get fresh) with cheese grits. Raspberry lemonade cake...

I figure anyone can do ribs or chicken. I still remember the year we had a low country boil at an ASU homecoming!

I guess I am common then. I dont know why but I dont mind burgers and hotdogs on a grill. You know ribs maybe. I guess I like the basics because my family used to cook those on a grill and we had great times just being us. :shrug: Oh well....
