Good luck Central State, Clark Atlanta, St. Augustine's and Tuskegee.

Kutztown's Rob Knox is in his first year as SID for the Golden Bears is familiar with St Augustine's program.  Rob (a Lincoln alum) served for five years as Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Information Management for the Lions.

Ark Tech is the #2 ranked team in the nation.  We're going to have to play our best ball to beat these guys.  Keep playing lock down D, limit the turnovers (we had too many the other night), and hit those free throws!

Let's go Golden Tigers!

And good luck to CAU, CSU, and SAC.

If TU and CAU win in the first round, we'll meet again for another battle!

I see right now that I will have to Trademark the Golden Bears nickname. Miles and the California are the real Golden Bears. All the other Bear teams are just Cubs to us Shaw,Livingstone,Morgan St. Kutztown, Baylor. lol lol lol

It seems that the selection committee made sure that at least one of the HBCU teams in the Arkansas tournament would be eliminated. By sending Skegee and CAU to the Arkansas site, ensures that one will be eliminated if they get good and lucky enough to play each other in the finals.

Skegee will not win a game if they miss as many free throws as they did in the finals Saturday night. Their offense was just simply missing the entire first half.

Well anyway, Go Skegee, show em what ya working with!!!

shrug In D2, each regional is hosted by the #1 seed in the region. Clark and Tuskegee are in the same region so they are automatically in the same regional.
